Disney gift card questions

Can a disney gift card be used anywhere on disney property? For example can I use it at BABW or Lego?
Also I can't decide whether I should get a Lego Movie set or a disney Princess one. I can only afford one and love both of them...

They can be used at most places on WDW property but not all. They cannot be used at BABW or Lego Store. You'll have to use their respective gift cards there.

We were there 2 weeks ago, and used Disney Gift Cards at the Lego Store in DTD, without any issue.

Ah, I was mistaken. Lego Store does accept Disney Gift Cards: http://disneyworldforum.disney.go.c...=search&sort=&page=1&qid=17768&pid=77&cid=144

Still, they are not accepted every where, but Disney lists "select participating locations."
