Disney Gift Card questions

I just found out that I won a disney gift card! I've got a couple questions if someone wouldn't mind helping me out.

1) Can you use your disney gift card at the disney store?

2) Can you use your disney gift card at Canadian disney stores?

3)Or, do you use your disney gift cards in WDW?

4) Do they expire?

5) Are fees deducted from the card for not using up your balance fast enough?
