Disney Gift-Card Offer

Hi everyone!

Hope someone can help, I don't know much about this offer! My friends have just booked their Disneymoon for May, when Disney have their free giftcard offer on (they booked with Disney UK). At the end of the booking there was no mention of the giftcard on the confirmation - has anyone else booked with this offer . . . when did you get your giftcard / mention of it? They have booked Pop so I'm wondering if its not valid on value resorts maybe?

Details here, upto $350 for value resorts,
Offer requires a minimum stay of 14 nights including a Disney’s Ultimate Tickets for every one in the party
For arrivals 3 Jan - 18 May 2010

If they are within the rules of the offer then they need to get in touch with Disney to confirm its been added.

I've booked with this offer, i did have to ask for it though, there was also no mention of it on my invoice so i rung virgin who assured me i will recieve it, and have put it on my notes, they would not give me anything in writing even though i asked. You get it at check- in at your hotel.

See now that bothers me: when you book a specific deal, they don't reflect it, but won't give written confirmation. I can't see why it would be that much trouble to send a quick email to confirm.
