Disney Gift Card Funds Missing

I have an issue. Monday May 2nd I attempted to transfer the balance of 3, $100 gift cards to my primary gift card in my Disney Gift Card account. The first two gift cards I transferred went through fine. But the final gift card did not. The balance and transaction history on the gift card shows that it was debited the full $100. My Primary gift card shows that the transfer took place, but it did not increase the balance, and thus I am currently out $100.

I called the number on the back of the gift cards today. I spent over 90 min on the phone talking to them, and four other departments. All of them could see the issue, but no one seemed to know what to do, and would just pass me onto the next department to get rid of me. I need to know exactly who I can call/message/email that has the knowledge, and authority to correct this problem, and get me the last funds back onto the original gift card, or the primary card I transferred them to.

Anyone seen an issue like this? Or does anyone know how to get the attention of someone that has the ability to fix this problem?

I would call back and just keep asking to be transfered to a supervisor if they don't knwo - eventually you will hit SOMEONE who may be able to help you!
 
Thanks for the reply verleniahall. Its so frustrating when everyone can see the problem, but have no idea not only on how to fix it, but even who to contact to fix it. I email blasted all the disney support emails I could find, Facebook, and twitter. Hoping someone will get back to me. If not I will just do as you suggest and call repeatedly.
 
If I was you I would try again tomorrow also try emailing them too. Hope your issue gets fixed.
 

I just tried to log in and check on my cards and I see that my account has been locked. I followed the instructions to reset my password and I get a "Sorry, we are unable to reset your password at this time. Please try again later.":badpc::badpc::badpc::badpc:

At least I have the physical gift card in my safe, but still...I'd like to have the ability to combine the 16 more $50 ones I will have coming.

That happened to me a month or so ago if you are having a problems in the phone version try the computer and vs. that is the only thing that worked.
 
After sending emails to every address I could find, I finally got a reply from Kelly at Guest Experience Services. It took about a week, but after she called the gift card department the funds magically appeared. They still dont know what happened, and all their systems show the transfers went through fine when I did them on May 2nd, but its only now today that they can see the correct balance on my primary card.
