Is 21 the # you picked, or were you limited to 21? (denied on 22?)
The Disney gift cards from Target.com are physical cards, right? not electronic? If they're actual cards, what kind of packaging do they arrive in? Box or envelope? Can you tell there is a gift card in the package?
So here is what I hope to do. Buy the Target Gift Cards at an ~ 7% Discount (Raise, cardpool or whatever).
Pay for them using my Paypal Debit Card which gives me 1.5% cash back.
Then purchase the Disney Gift card through Paypal at 10% off ($5.00 off of $50.00)
Use the "Red Card" as default payment but add the Gift card Payment at the end for an additional 5% off
Does this seem doable? This seems like it could be almost 22% off not counting the 1.5% cash back from using my Paypal Credit/debit Card. It could be awesome.

I never purchased from Cardpool before, but since they are 7% off, I bought about $460 worth of Target cards from them for about $430 and turned around and ordered $550 worth of Disney gift cards. Sure hope this Paypal promo sticks around. I need to confer with my fiance before I spend any more money, but we definitely will be spending more than that in Disney over our next few trips!
I use Cardpool all the time. The first time you order with them it takes a little longer; they usually call you to verify your details. On subsequent orders, however, you usually get electronically delivered codes with an hour of ordering.
Was able to place a total of 21 orders through the PayPal link. Used gift cards purchased at Giant Eagle with a rewards credit card to get an additional $3.50 discount on each order so essentially paid $39.25 for every $50! Wish GE would have had double fuel perks but can't win them all I guess!
Sure hope this Paypal promo sticks around.
PayPal deal says expires at the end of the year but they could pull it early too.
