Disney Gift Card Deals

I'm patiently waiting:bored:...I have $450 in eBay cards that are burning a hole in my pocket:cutie:.
I gave a nice pile of eBay GCs, but if GCM doesn't restock, I won't be upset. They'll be good for another deal down the road. One less churn through Target isn't necessarily a bad thing. It will keep me under the radar. Every time I read about someone putting in multiple orders at Target in a single day because they didn't anticipate a bonus ebucks deal, I cringe for them.

It figures they aren't in stock this morning because I got an email from paypal saying my account was back in regular standing.

I was actually able to do two separate orders through PPDG yesterday for best buy! The first one was for $550 and then later in the day for $400. I only had to do the Paypal verification twice.

My best buy only had $400 in eBay gift cards in stock, so when I ordered the first time I was only able to turn $400 of the $550 back over to Ebay. Since GCM was still out of stock I tried for the second order of $400 BB and it went through. I was surprised because I have previously had trouble with being able to order larger quantities from PPDG.

has anyone had any luck with best buy purchases gc for ebay gc? order was canceled just did $50 to use my ebay coupon just wondering if anyone has gotten it to work. thanks

hoping gcm restocks target 150 before the promotion ends

I tried last week, but my order was cancelled (tried in store pick up). When I went to the store I couldn't find any so I'm assuming that's why it was cancelled.

I just figured out why I was getting this code while i was doing ebay checkout. "Looks like that’s the wrong code. Please try again." I'm pretty sure it because there is spaces in your ebay code. Like when you check ebay balance and it creates spaces. Then you copy and paste.

I'm not feeling great about how much physical Gamestop gcs I've been buying. I hope I don't get stuck w/ these if GS changes rules.

I'm wondering if all eBay gift card orders paid for with a Best Buy gift card are now being cancelled, or if the orders are only cancelled when BB does not have the eBay gift cards in stock in store.

4 phone calls and no one can help me get my account unlocked. All they can say is that it was flagged for "suspicious activity" and I've verified my identity via phone, text and web. PayPal blames eBay, eBay blames PayPal. I'm going to go ahead and place a BB order with the GC I already have, I killed our blender Sunday night and will be ordering a new one along with a $50 eBay GC. We'll see if it gets cancelled.

I agree, thats what I am telling myself. I am having a break from running so much through target, while I wait for another ebucks offer. If I don't ever get one again I will eventually just buy anyways for the regular ebucks and be happy for the ones I have received in the past. One the bright side and In the meantime, I am not getting locked out of paypal or worrying about when my orders will arrive.

Question for the group. I'm trying to get a feel for a safe number to run through Target (to purchase EBAY cards). For the last three weeks I have been carefully running $200 - $400 through Target. I space each purchase out 2 - 3 days. Now every purchase I cringe - "is this the purchase that triggers a cancelled account?"

Has anyone been banned running this slow? Has anyone been running at this pace (or more aggressive) for longer then a few month?

Like I said so far this pace has been safe, but not sure if I am riding on a thin line and need to slow down.

I need advice from you financial gods and goddesses! :)

I signed up for Ebucks in March on both my and DH's accounts and have been following this thread closely since then. We have not received a single bonus offer. Our trip is in November. I'm not interested in doing Best Buy or Game Stop.. I have no time to go to those stores. So, my question is, should I just start churning through GCM and Target, without the bonus Ebucks offers? With all the drama about Target, I completely get the point about doing it prudently and waiting for those bonus Ebucks offers, but I don't know at this point if I am EVER going to get the offers. Should I just start churning anyway or keep waiting?

(and yes, I have unchecked and rechecked the box to receive promotions, clicked my heels, spun around three times, sacrificed a live animal, etc. :))

We don't have a lot of data points yet, so nobody really knows where the breaking point is. In fact, the people who have been banned haven't exactly stated with a great deal of precision how much there were churning in what period of time. It does seem that one or two have been banned for levels about what a bunch of us have been doing without getting banned, so enforcement seems to be either spotty, random, or based on a criteria we haven't yet determined. (Or all of the above!)

Anyway, proceed with caution. Weigh the pros and the cons and figure out what level you're comfortable with, since we can't give you any sort of mathematical precision on what your odds are or where the cut-off is.

Nobody knows what Target .com's formula is for determining if someone is a reseller. Your activity is too aggressive for my comfort but I tend to be very conservative. IMO, if you're ordering the same GCs more than once per week on a regular basis, you're making too many orders.

I'm relatively new to this whole churning process too, but I agree. I make 1 order per week max, but I've got plenty of time to churn, so I can take my time.

Agreeing, yes, go ahead and start churning.

I am running similar amounts as you and have been for about 6 mos. And I feel I am going to be banned each time lol. I just know it is coming! That is one reason I have been doing about 50% of my eBay>target in the store.
