I'm trying to combine gift cards on DisneyGiftcard.com Does anyone know if it is the same log in account as DisneyParks.com or do I need to create a separate account for the gift card page?

You need to create an account.

Remember the Great Target-eBay Gift card Churning of 2016? I just found $1300.00 worth of Disney cards I had converted then and forgot about! :rolleyes1.I thought I had $650 worth for our trip next month but just found these. In my defense, My Dad had gotten seriously ill and passed away last summer so I totally lost track. Funny thing is, he was so frugal he would have just loved this find :lovestruc. It's almost exactly the amount I needed to pay off out dining so that money is now set aside for another trip .

Wowzuh! I don't know how you lose track of $1300 in gift cards, but it's fantastic that it was hidden away and you found it just when you needed it!

On the subject of finds, I found $10 on what I thought was an empty Target gift card the other day as I was going through my cards before deleting/shredding them. Small victories!

Forgive me for not reading the previously 1200 pages of posts. I need to purchase about $1000 in Disney gift cards from Target. I have a red card debit card. Will I be able to get my 5% off of these, and will I be able to purchase them all at one purchase or on the same day? Is there a red card debit card limit per day? I use to know most of this stuff, but it's been awhile and I'm kinda out of the loop. Thanks in advance!

Yes

Maybe. Store managers have a right to limit purchase quantities.
Is there a red card debit card limit per day?
Yes, but it varies from one customer to the next and even Target customer service cannot tell you what that limit is.

Is there anyway to find out my limit before I head to the store?

On my red card the limit is $500. However, you can purchase $500 in gift cards, then pay off your red card in store (you will need $500 in cash to do this - don't now if they accept debit cards to pay off your red card), and then buy another $500 in gift cards and you will get the 5% off the full thousand.

For future use, you may want to get the American Express SimplyCash card (or Chase ink card) which gives 5% cash back at office supplies stores and then you can just buy the Disney gift cards at Staples.

You can see your credit limit towards the top of your statement - see picture

Does it say it anywhere on your statement or online account? It's listed there for my Redcard credit card.

PP has the debit card. There's no "statement" and you don't pay it off in the store. Many people who have the debit card have reported that no one at Target is able to give them their transaction or daily limits.

Thanks for the help. Was not able to determine my limit. Just went in the store and headed towards the gift cards. Ran into an employee who asked if I needed some help. I asked her about limits and her reply was that she was pretty sure if you had the money in your account it wasn't a problem. She called her manager on her radio and her response was that sometimes your bank imposes limits, but they don't. So I grabbed 9 $100 gift cards and the very nice target employee took me over to electronics and rang them all up at one time. I held my breath and the transaction went through. I walked out 5 minutes later with all my cards. Not sure if what they said was right about the limits, but I didn't have any problems. Saved $45!

BJs Wholesale Club. $100 gift cards for $95.99.

I am a rewards member ($100 membership fee) and get 2% back. I also have a Disney Visa Card which gives 1% back.

So...my upcoming trip is $6000. I bought $6000 worth of giftcards, saving $240.60
I get 2% back from BJs = $120
I get 1% on my Disney Visa = $60
Total Savings = $420.60

Even if I get the reward membership just for the Disney trip, it would still save me $320 (but I didnt. I shop there a lot!)

A regular membership is $50 and you would still save $190.60 if you got the membership just for the giftcards. Well worth getting a BJs membership!!
