Disney Gift Card (available to Canadians?)

While I was in Disney recently, I noticed a gift card that could be used for shopping, dining and more and was wondering if they were available to buy anywhere in Canada?

As well, if so they can be refilled correct?

I thought I remember reading a thread that said they don't ship the gift cards to Canada. I've always shipped them to friends in the US and had them forward them to me.

They will not ship them to Canada, I also was trying to purchase them.
I tried to purchase them but the order would not go through.
I than decided to have Sarah (memoriesbysarah.com) make up a gift basket, and I had her put one in the basket.

I am having mine delivered right to my hotel room when I arrive in June, she delivers free to guests staying at Disney resorts, and depending where offsite you are staying I believe she only charges $5 for deliver. If you look at her site memoriesbysarah.com I believer she has it on there somewhere with some samples of her work and what not.
