No, Disney gift cards can not be used at the lego store.

Disney gift cards can be used at the world of disney and marceline's confectionery.

The gift cards may also be used at Downtown Disney Pin Traders by the Monorail entrance.

As stated above, Disney gift cards will work at the Disney owned stores in DtD, but not at non-Disney stores.
