I checked my RedCard account online and can't find the personalized privacy statement anywhere. They have the standard policy that was updated but no coupon code available. May need to call to see if they can resend or give you a code over the phone. Will have my wife try since it is her card.

I was able to use the code on Saturday (last day) and purchased a $100 e card for 90.25. I then transferred it to a physical gift card that I already had.

The 5% coupon was buried in the annual Privacy/Terms of Service letter. I almost threw it away as usual and noticed the coupon in there at the last minute.

I don't get paper statements (or any statements since I have the Debit version of the card). This wasn't in a statement- it was in a privacy notice/Terms of Service that I believe they have to send you by mail when they update (and possibly anually?) even if you opt into electronic statements and other documents. Although the same info is probably available online I'm not surprised they wouldn't post the coupon there-it wasn't attached to the statement but was a separate paper. It would be an interesting way for them to get some insight into how many customers actually opened the mailed letter (and then retrieved and used the coupon) since I believe the code on the coupon was unique/customer specific.
