disney garter

I'm down to the wire on time. I still have WAY too much to do. But I'm a procrastinator. So. I'm looking for a really nice ivory lace disney garter. Anyone have any suggestions? I've searched the internet, and can't seem to find one I really like.

I just found a nice garter and put my own disney touch on it. I bought two different sized pearls from the craft section in walmart and sewed them onto the garter in the shape of a mickey head. It was quick and simple.

I ordered mine off of ebay! It was a Mickey/Minnie garter!

Definitely try Ebay. I looked there and found some really cute ones.

Stupid question....why are there two? Doesn't the bride wear just one?

Garters are sold many times in sets of two so that the bride has one garter (the more elaborate garter) and another (plainer) for the tossing when the groom takes off the garter and throws it to all the single men very much like the bride tosses her bouquet. They create a smaller tossaway bouquet too now so that the bride can preserve her flowers if she chooses so.

Definitely try Ebay! I bought my garter on ebay along with my guest book. I won them both for .98 cents! Brand new with shipping included it was 6.49 for both my guest book, garter, and toss away garter and they both have seashells on them. The garter itself retails for $12-$18 online so I got a really nice deal
