Did Anyone request free tickets for the Disney Games Concert May? Have you received a response?

I requested tickets the day after I found the promotion on the passholder website. I received a response within 24hours confirming my order and the dates that I could pick up my tickets

thanks, I guess that means I probably didn't get tickets.

Not necessarily, they say that if people requesting tickets don't come by a certain dates their tickets will be released to other interested parties. Here is the info that came with my confirmation regarding that:

The Ticket Window will be open on the following days from 8:30am – 6:00pm daily:

Saturday, April 26th
Sunday, April 27th
Monday, April 28th
Tuesday, April 29th
Wednesday, April 30th

IF YOUR TICKETS ARE NOT PICKED UP BY APRIL 30TH, WE WILL RE-ALLOCATE THEM TO GUESTS ON OUR WAITING LIST.

You may very well be on a waiting list. It might not hurt to send another email just in case. Good luck!
