OUr last trip we had about that age range, 5 months to 60. 9 of us. We did split up some. Epcot we had Soarin for everyone and we baby swapped. We also did the character spot for the littles. Do to a system glitch at booking we had test track for a few adults too, and the rest of us did the Nemo ride. THe lines at Epcot were short on everything but Soarin, basically, so that was the only FP that was really necessary. At HS we did had FP for toy story, which was everyone's favorite. Then the group split based on interests. At MK we did 7dMT and baby swapped, Peter Pan for all, Winnie the Pooh for all, A&E for 4 of us while the rest did Space Mountain, Mickey at Town Square for a few, BTMRR for the rest, oh and everyone had Jungle cruise. At animal kingdom we did the safari, the lion king show, and the nemo show. Not necessary for the shows really. BUt they were a big hit with everyone. Arranging everyone wiht split schedules wasnt too easy, but it was managable. I had memorized everything but I had it all on little cards, one for each, so if people split up they could take their info wiht FP windows and when they needed to meet us for ADRs. Only had to use them on the day I was sick and couldnt go on anything!
