Yak & Yeti Restaurant at Animal Kingdom - Best appetizers I've had. Meal was delicious! Also a nice break from the rain!

Pan Seared Pot Stickers with soy lime dipping sauce and Pork Egg Rolls with chili plum dipping sauce


Kobe Beef Burgers with sesame-soy mayonnaise, and crispy fries topped with shiitake mushroom and scallion compote and pepperjack cheese. I ordered this medium and it came out medium-rare to rare. I still ate most all of it and it was delicious, but if you do not like alot of pink in your burger, I would go with medium-well, at least.
