I found them originally on the Disney Food Blog too (though the ones that were reviewed were Cheshire Cat and Mad Hatter, so I am assuming they offer two designs/flavors at a time). They seem to be a pretty well kept secret for now. The park map describes Cheshire Cafe as having "ice coffee, frozen lemonade, and snacks." The people who were there in front of us were getting yummy looking frozen coffees. And yep .... I used snack credit for the lemonades and the cake cups!!!

It is a macaroon. They have them in a few dessert cases around the parks. I recently saw them at the Writer's Stop in Hollywood studios. The CM wrapping them told anouther guest they are made with almond flour.
