I am reposting these from my dining review because I never put them in food porn! And I need to get excited for my next trip in 11 days!

I just made a reservation for Liberty Tree Tavern dinner, I would Love love love some pictures if anybody has some??? Looking at the menu, it sounds Delish!!!

Just any FYI - I was SO in love with those scrambled eggs that I asked if they'd divulge the recipe. Per the chef, there's nothing special about them - just scrambled eggs and some goat cheese (plus dill or green onion, depending on what you'd like). The goat cheese itself is the "secret". It makes the eggs extra creamy as it melts down. In case you want to make them at home.

- this was good, my dad was afraid it wouldn't be enough food as he had been there before and while he said it was good food he said the portions were way too small, but he said it was much better portions this time.

Iced Green Tea, MIL liked it but BIL's Dad said it tasted like "swamp water"- just goes to show everyone has different likes and dislikes and to make your own decisions, LOL

Artist Point was the best meal of our trip a week ago.

Sourdough bread and butter with black Cyprus sea salt:

Rainbow asparagus salad with slow poached organic egg, truffle chips, frisée lettuce, black truffles, and champagne vinaigrette:

Pan-seared airline chicken breast with house-made citrus-cracked pepper pasta, wild mushrooms, root spinach, and white wine-herb nage:

Cedar plank-roasted wild Columbia River king salmon with confit artichokes, petit zucchini, baby carrots, and bacon-egg vinaigrette:

Strawberries and cream - strawberry consommé with grand marnier, vanilla panna cotta, and buttered pound cake:

Fulton's Crabhouse Seafood Trio - A taste of everything: perfectly seasoned Wahoo, grilled shrimp, and a super lump crab cake with lemon butter and Yukon gold whipped potatoes

--MIL said this was really good, the best crab cake she ever had.
