Disney Food Pictures...Part III

DH and I shared this breakfast platter one morning from our food court at POFQ.

DH and I shared this CS meal at the CS version of Yak & Yeti. It is the honey chicken with rice and veggies and chocolate cake.

DH thought this was "okay." I thought it was down-right disgusting! Our local Panda Express has WAY better chicken.

This is the meal split in half, but in the end, I only ate a few bites and then I ate the cake and DH ate the chicken.

Thanks! He is a bottle topper we bought from the MK a few years ago. Now he travels in our belly bag and "presents" all of our meals. I think you can still buy these at the popcorn cart near the castle.

The next few pics are from La Cantina (Mexico) in Epcot. It was Sept. 7, 2008 at 5pm and this is what the world showcase looked like. I have never seen Epcot so empty.

This was the seating area at the restaurant. We were literally the ONLY people there the entire time we ate!

DH and I shared the nachos, a diet coke and a churro. We asked for the beans "on the side" and originally they just plopped them on the top, so DH took it back and said we meant we wanted the beans separate from the nachos and they put them in a cup for us that time. DH loves the beans. I hate them. It worked better this way.

As I said, we were the only people eating (at 5pm!). However, the birds knew we were their only chance for a free dinner, so they would NOT leave us alone!!!!

haha those pesky birds! when we were eating at flame tree BBQ one of them actually had the nerve to bite my boyfriend's pant leg!

Hi everybody! I stumbled upon this thread while looking around on the boards. Thought I'd share this photo I took in April 08 at the the ASMu food court. My mom thought I was weird for taking a picture of my breakfast, but when she saw how the picture came out she told me "Wow! That came out great!"

Mom of 2 princessess , love your pics thanks for posting. I cannot stand those birds. If people would stop feeding them they would go away, but we all know that will never happen! Last year we were eating at the same place and the people next to us would not stop feeding the birds so while we are eating the birds did Number2 on the ground right by us. Yuck. I should not have to see this while I am eating. My little girl was really grossed out. But it wont stop me from eating there.

Oh I wish I had one of those steak wraps from Pop, I loved them.

It was very good (despite too much cheese for my taste). I was surprised at how BIG it was too!

My favorites - chocolate dipped Mickey rice krispies!!!!!

Everything Pop brownie - DH took a bite before I had the camera ready. He said it looked better than it tasted, but he didn't leave one crumb behind either.

Ah, yes! Pure yumminess on a stick!

Overall impression - the food was not great---not even good really. DH did like the ribs. The meat slices and brocolli were the best thing I ate, and I would rate them mediocre. And the soft serve ice cream, can't really screw that up too easily!

However, the character interaction was EXCELLENT!!!!! We had such a good time! $29.99 each is a steep price for icky food, but almost worth it just for the characters...(we expected this going in from other reviews here on the DIS )

DH's plate, stuffing, chicken wings, ribs, carrots, bread and ravoli.

My plate, brocolli, ravoli, corn, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, turkey and roast beef.

The child offerings - pizza, corn, chicken nuggets, I can't remember what the bottom middle tray was, maybe fish? , and mac & cheese (with Mickey shaped noodles!)
