I didn't get any food pics this trip except for two. Birthday cupcakes. To be honest, it wasn't even my birthday. The weekend I could call in was my birthday and we originally had plans to go to
Disneyland that weekend.
I can't be off at the same time as the office manager since we back each other up and a conference came up so I had to cancel my birthday trip. I had a wonderful CM on the phone and we were chatting and he asked if we were celebrating anything this trip. I told him no, the trip is part of my birthday gift that was that weekend, but it wasn't actually my birthday and explained about my disappointing cancellation. He must've thought it was still important enough to note so he put it on all of our reservations I'd made through him.
Our first morning we had a Crystal Palace reservation and the woman that checked us in wouldn't rest until I had a birthday button. Our table was covered in confetti, and at the end I got a cupcake and signed card.
Later in the week at LTT, our hostess mentioned a birthday and asked where my button was. I said it exploded, LOL. The ink had smeared and I had my name backwards on the inside of my arm for a day. She went and got a new one for me. She came back later to give me a hard time because I wasn't wearing it yet (it was buried under plates) and grilling me over whether or not our waitress knew. I said I didn't know so she yelled for her and asked her. A little while later, she and the waitress with a couple other CMs came out with this:
