I finally got back to finish posting my food porn pictures, and we have a new thread to fill up!

My daughter eating an ice cream cone from Pop Century

A Tie-Dye Cheesecake - I wasn't too impressed, I thought it kind of dry

A kid's meal with hamburger, fries, and grapes at the Electric Umbrella in Epcot. Both my daughter and I got one and we both thought they were good.

Rice and a strawberry shortcake at the Land (my daughter likes plain rice)

I just had the server customize the mushroom filet for me. I substituted the risotto for mashed potatoes and removed the truffle sauce and mushrooms.

I figured they would be kind enough to do that. :thumbsup2
Probably won't matter, as the menu will change again by the time we go back. LOL

I love the Maple BBQ Filet and I am sad to see it go. I sent an email to Disney to let them know that I wasnt happy that our favorite entree was taken off the menu. Well a few days ago I got a phone call from Disney to say they received my email and that they would be forwarding it to the chef at Le Cellier.

So if we all tell Disney how much we miss the Filet, they may put it back on the menu!!:thumbsup2

My ds12 and I had that last time. I was leery about bbq on a filet, but WOW was it good. My son, who wants to be a chef, asked what he should order and I convinced him to try the filet. He said "It was love at first bite." LOL

PRESSED POT COFFEE AND THE SPECIAL JUICE

MICKEY WAFFLES

Is that pressed coffee Kona? When I was there on 8/9/08 they only had necafe YUK. My DH had to go out to Kona Island and bring us back two Kona coffees. The waitress didn't even offer to get it from Kona for us:sad2: . Ohana is out for us for breakfast. Plus the eggs are powdered eggs another YUK and when your kids notice you know the difference you know thats bad. And I don't like how thet hord the Mickey Waffles.

YAY... I am so excited to be going to Coral Reef at the end of October. I always worry and second guess myself a million times when reading reviews on this board, but that blackened catfish looks so good!!!!!

This mickey head rice crispies are just TOO BIG! It would take a week to eat one of those things!!

LOL! DH and I have been getting one to take home with us ever since we first saw them! You're right, it does take at least a week to eat one!

We had a completely different experience. Our server ran right over to Kona for the pressed pot and when it was empty offered to get us another one. The eggs tasted fantastic to me, not powdered at all....they were very firm and creamy. They do not hoard the waffles, the guy came around multiple times with a huge bowl full of them and said we can have as many as we like so DH asked for 2. He did come around 10 minutes later to see if we wanted anymore but we were full. Maybe the key is to go right when they open at 7:30 am?

I agree I thought the eggs at Ohana were nice and creamy, not like powdered at all.:confused3

I have to say, after looking at the pictures, which were Yummy by the way,
I am still always a little disappointed in the offerings at the American
Pavillion.....All of the other countries have the best of their cuisine
and we have hamburgers.......I have always wished that they would
open a Table Service Restaurant with a nice menu from our great
States!!!!!:)
A little Texas BBQ wouldn't hurt
With Some Louisiana Cajun
Some California Cuisine
And Some New York Grinders!!!
Did I mention Chicago Pizza:)

I am so glad there is another thread started. I went the beginning of the month and was planning on taking pictures, but after spending the first day at urgent care, pictures did not happen, so now I can live thru pictures again

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Tangierine pics. Thank you so much!
We love falafel and couscous and shawarma.
I can't wait to try this on our upcoming trip.
Such a wonderful alternative to burgers and fries!!:goodvibes
