Disney Food Pictures...Part II

That makes the 2 of us! This september would be 5 yrs since we last went to Disney. Luckly we have a trip coming up in August! 93 days to go!

You wanna know whats weird. The closer my trip comes the more disney nightmares I have. I keep dreaming that I keep forgetting to take pics of my food and then half way during the trip I realize this and then only end up with a couple food pics to share! For each ADR, Im gonna set my phone to go off (alarm) at a certain time to remind me, TAKE PICS OF MY FOOD.

I have been having them too... i just had one last night that i wasn't having any fun at WDW i was dreaming that my whole family didn't like Disney at all! it was terrible!

Before I started coming to these boards I always thought people who took pictures of their food were weird... ok I still think they're weird, but I definitely appreciate the weirdness...

Question: Does school bread have coconut on it?

Desserts from Crystal Palace:

clockwise from top - peanut butter chocolate cake, key lime pie, coconut flan (half eaten - oops) and whiskey soaked chocolate trifle (WOW!)

Holy moly, that trifle looks AMAZING! Please, oh please, tell me that it tasted even half as good as it looks? Also, was this at the breakfast or dinner buffet? (I'm crossing my fingers that it was at breakfast - I MUST try this!)

And, for the record, I am getting very excited about trying the school bread in Norway. It looks better and better each time I see a pic of it!

I want that peanut butter chocolate cake now!!! It looks and sounds amazing..please tell me the taste was up to expectation!

I have been having nightmares too.... that we missed our ADRs and had nothing to eat.... that we argued so much that we ended up not riding anything.... been having these kind of dreams almost daily and no 2 the same!!!

It WAS as good as it looks - I would have gotten more of that and skipped the key lime pie (which was good, but it's key lime pie, you know?). But it was at dinner. Sorry.

For the schoolbread, we got there right at 11:10 and there were about 5 people in line... the place is really small... when we went by around 1:00 the line was crazy, so you may want to go by early.

The peanut butter cake was good - it was REALLY sweet and rich - not as peanut buttery as I would have liked, but it was good chocolate cake.

I wouldn't feel bad. I'm sure lots of people do it. My DD and I will be getting one when we go. And she's only 7!

DS12 and I will be getting one next trip. We are having an ice cream lunch one day. I don't expect that we will eat it all but it is something we really want to do just for the fun of it. I am glad to hear that other parties of 2 order it as well!

Ya they have! I have a ressie too this fall, and am VERY excited. I have never eaten there before.

You will love it. We ate at seven TS restaurants last week and CR was one of the only places we all loved our meals. And the atmosphere was great fun.
LTT and the HDD were our absolute favourites though.

Did the lemonade contain alcohol? How was it? Was it really sweet? I hate it when people put WAY to much sugar in lemonade. Also were you able to keep the dolphin? Oh and is that a regular glass or a childs glass?

That was the child glass of lemonade with no alcohol...they loved the lemonade all week long and it did not taste overly sweet to me. Yes they still have their dolphins in the souvenir bags.
