Disney florist delivery times

Thinking about ordering an in room celebration...are there set times when the room is set up? Or do they have the whole day?

I'm also debating one.. a window of delivery/set up would be great. And especially to hear if said windows of time are accurate.

I've been hoping to see photos from people here, but even when I google I just see the standard Disney florist embellished pictures.

We had one of the soft sided coolers with snacks delivered to my parents at the Yacht Club in January when they were there. I believe they delivered it on the 2nd day of their trip and it was in their room when they got back from the park at 4pm. I didn't receive any confirmation or anything other than the text from my parents. They loved it.
