We ordered a customized My Storybook Moment from Disney Floral and Gifts for our trip at the end of March. The resort closed and we moved our trip to July and re-did all our ADRs. I emailed DF&G and they responded that they would move the delivery to the new ADR date.
Then Disney canceled all ADRs and I re-did them again. I emailed DF&G with the new information, but I have had no response after a couple of weeks. I called their phone number, but it says they are closed while the resorts and parks are closed, and are not checking voice mail.
The parks and resorts are open, but DF&G is not. I chatted online with Disney, and they couldn't do anything other than to keep checking when they would open.
Any suggestions?
