I was happy enough to be able to squeeze my bum into a skirt I bought a couple of years ago, but only wore half a dozen times. It's still stretched at the seams but it's zipped!
Stepping up the challenge and ignoring Christmas temptations. We have split our end of year 2011 in half and are now doing the first bit in April. The goal post has moved a little closer. Heading to Disneyland Paris on this half and we we still spend Christmas 2011 in Disneyland.
Hands up who is watching The Biggest Loser this year.
I love this show, it is such a good motivator.
Spent an hour this morning exercising I am really tired now but I think it is worth it. I went to buy a new swimsuit yesterday and I have gone up a size so it is time to work at getting my butt and thighs back to an acceptable level.

They run a very organised and structured Biggest Loser program - I'm on Team Mickey! and we are competing against Team Donald! for the healthiest habits and who reaches their goals.
I am surprised (and very grateful) for the ladies who volunteer their time daily to co-ordinate the challenge
well after losing the plot a little over christmas im now dialed in again
kids are back at school (Thank GOD)
8 weeks holidays is just to much
we are now walking just about every day as a family so we get fit and dont get tired from all the walking at wdw
ive cut out just about everything in the way of carbs including no more rice, no more bread
drink very little milk (just on the occassional bowl of cereal) , dont drink tea anymore, already had stopped drinking coffee
sprout my own mung beans who'd of thought eh ?
cooking with lentils, onion ( for digestion) and Tomatoes (for increased uv protection) the occassional banana and the occassional tub of mixed nuts not including penuts or cashew nuts or any other fatty nuts
so fingers crossed this will get the ball rolling now
i also play roller hockey on monday nights with my son (hard yacker)
id like to be locked into a prison cell with a tv that doesnt work unless you are pedaling the exercise bike and a attractive blond chick who opens the trap door and throws carrots at me every few days
of all the things ive struggled with in my life and overcome
food is by far proving to be the most difficult
this world of excess we live in makes conquering the evil voices inside my head, very, very difficult.
But the light always defeats the darkness and i WILL overcome
