We are thinking about buying into DVC. The friends and family incetive is great but its such a bad time for us to buy. We are getting marrie at Disney this March which is where all our money is currently allocated. We were thinking about checking the DVC while we are there visiting but as it had been stated it could be $101+ per point then.

With such a good deal @ SSR with F&F I feel we should buy now!

Can anyone tell me what the rates are for financing, we are looking to buy 150 points. Just wandering what payments would be and for how long? Are there options?

Congrats on your upcoming wedding :bride: :groom: :lovestruc I would not feel pressured to make a purchase right now. You probably should investigate if there are resales that are a better deal than F&F and you could have your pick of home resorts and possibly buy one with accumilated points = free vacation. Do a little research first before making such a big committment.

With Disney financing, you're looking ata 10% downpayment, then around $175 a month for 10 years plus monthly dues (likely around 45$ for 150 pts. SSR if you pay monthly).

We financed through disney, i'll PM you w/details...
