Disney Files frustration!!

They don't hold up for the many frequent bathroom readings.
So funny - because as sad as it is that is the only time i can get peace and quite to read anything. Even then the kids are still calling for me, but i try to pretend i can't hear them. :-)
 
I double checked and we have not received the Disney Files Magazine since the Winter Issue of 2015. So I emailed member services just now.

We also did not receive our new member cards and both DH and I had to manually order the new ones. Did any or all of you have problems getting the new Member Card?

I had to call 2x & order 3x to get DH's card. Finally arrived this past Wed. I had to create an acct for him & have been trying since Feb.

I had problems receiving our cards as well. I had to request mine online and i had to do a chat w/ MS to get my husbands copy. Thankfully i didn't have to request more than once, but it did take the full 6 weeks to receive them.

I received a response from MS:

We apologize for the challenges you have experienced in receiving the
Disney Files Magazine. We also invite you to log onto
DisneyVacationClub.com and complete the following steps to update or
confirm that you have elected to receive mailings from DISNEY VACATION
CLUB:

• From 'My DVC Membership' click 'Profile Settings'
• Click 'Update Your Contact Preferences'
• Select which contact options you would like to change
• Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions
• Click 'Update Preferences,' located at the bottom of the page

We have requested a Disney Files Magazine for you. Please allow 4 to 6
weeks for delivery.

So I went in and found that my contact information only allowed them to email me. And DH had blocked phone calls. So we both changed both of our information to allow DVC to contact us, by mail, phone and email. So much for going electronic on the DVC notices.
