Disney Fantasy Twin Mattress Dimensions

Does anyone have the exact dimensions of the "twin-sized" mattresses (single sleeper sofa, single wall pull-down Murphy bed and upper-berth pull-down bed) in the deluxe family oceanview staterooms on the Fantasy? They look a bit smaller than your typical 38" x 75" twin mattress although they are often referred to as twin-sized. I'm mostly concerned with the width given how my special needs child sleeps - trying to avoid booking a second room just for an additional queen bed.

Plan Disney is saying 32 x 72 but it’s hard to say if that’s for just the bunkbed or the sofa bed as well.

All the "twin size" beds use the same mattress. It just makes it easier stocking extra mattresses and bedding.

I think the single mattresses might feel a little smaller because they do have a short headboard and footboard (?) and then one side is against a wall. So they feel “tight”?

I'm not sure if this would help or hurt but we used bed rails for my 6 year olds because I wasn't sure how they would sleep. That would certainly keep your kid in the bed, but it also makes the bed quite a bit smaller!
