I would be up for a wine tasting. We have done the tequila and beer tasting before and that was really fun. We can also do the meet and greet at 3pm.

Hey Everyone! Let's plan to meet on June 30th at 3pm at the Vista Cafe, Deck 4, midship. I would also love to plan a meet up for a wine tasting too...anyone interested or have more info on this? I think there is a wine tasting available at the Meridian but not sure on this.

Yippee!! Ok, so maybe I will try to contact DCL guest services to see if we can figure out when a wine/beer/tequila tasting will be. I wonder if there will be more than one opportunity so I'll check and see if I can find an answer! I've done the beer tasting on the Magic and it was fun!!

This is the response I received regarding the tasting onboard!

"With regards to the Tasting seminars that are offered each cruise these are not set until just before the start of each cruise. Once guests embark they will be able to book these tastings."

I think you have it all covered. I would recommend to start with the bathing suit. We have started this week and have already noticed inventory within the same week already disappearing. I can't believe it this early into the season. Good luck!

I have read about the frame somewhere before but cannot remember if there are any restrictions. Is it only a particular size? I imagine you provide the markers? There is the pillow case you can have signed too.

I read somewhere to buy the big portable mugs from Target since soda is free on Deck 9, I believe. If you buy from the bar, there is a charge for soda.

The Drink stations are free,On the Fantasy/Dream its on deck 12. From a bar they will charge you.

Actually the beverage station is on Deck 11 on the Dream/Fantasy.

I am bringing my Tervis hot/cold mug with flexible straw. The cups onboard don't hold too much as I like tons of ice in my drinks....

They have many different designs and a whole line of Disney designs as well.

They seem to autograph most anything you leave them. some even leave blank white vinlymations to have signed.

The cups/mugs are just for convenience. The cups provided at the drink station are you standard size cup (like at WDW). many people bring their own to fill at the drink station or to mix their own drinks in.

My Tervis mug is double walled and keeps drinks nice and cold for long periods. It also reduces condensation on the outside of the cup so no drips.

They let you use your own mugs? Even with the threat of norovirus? I am just surprised!

I remember on our last cruise they had cruise line specific refillable mugs. I love having those as souvenirs, do they have something like that now?

I cant remember if they had them on-board the Dream when I went. But I'd like to find out if we can bring our own mugs too because that surprises me if they do allow it because they have policies saying 'Please change your cruise to another time if you are sick with a cold, etc."

Thanks for the Tervis mug link! Ive never heard of it- I was going to get all of us camelbak water bottles at target. But I like the fact that you can use these for coffee too- especially with the different types of lids and handle.

As far as I remember the refillable mug did not appear until Castaway Cay (with the Konk Kooler inside!). But those dont have sealed lids so they dont work well for taking on excursions or around the ship. The may have sold something in the gift shops or Cove Cafe but I never looked.

I hear the new Animation Magic show is great at Animator's Palette.
However, does anyone know what they do for the OTHER night at the Animator's Palette?
I believe the animation show is only for the last night...
