Disney Fantasy Dry dock

I read online that the Fantasy is due to undergo dry dock in spring of 2017. Does anyone think they will do the Star Wars area
and Disney Infinity area in the kids clubs like on the Dream?

I doubt they will do anything Disney Infinity now that Disney is shutting down that product line. Star Wars is a very real possibility though.

I agree about the Disney Infinity, probably not. But, Star Wars is a real possibility, as well as The Avengers. My DS would like either one!

No, I don't think the dates have been officially announced but I read that they have to do a dry dock at 5 years and there is a 3-4 week block in late April-mid May 2017 with no cruises available. That is the exact time frame that the Fantasy would be 5 years old so I assume it is for dry dock. I hope they put in the Star Wars area in the kids club like the Dream. My kids really want that, but it seems like they like to keep the ships all unique and a little different so they may not repeat the same things.

Our waiter aboard the Fantasy a few weeks ago said the kids club is getting a Star Wars area during the next dry dock.
Of course, this is not confirmed information

DCL just announced a 3 night sailing on the Fantasy for May 17th (my birthday!) with two stops at Castaway Cay. Seems they have tightened up their dry dock schedule and will be done by that date.

Does anyone remember what they swapped out on the Oceaneers' Club when they added the Star Wars? That would definitely be my guess and maybe a Vanellopes?

I wonder if it's really Star Wars they will add to the kids areas when it's already on the Dream?

Me too! We're on the Fantasy in September so we will get to see... We missed the Dream refurb by two weeks in 2015 so excited to see what's to come. We're really not Star Wars fans so hoping the Fantasy gets something unique!
