This room is enormous! However, the couch and the port window are obstructed, making sitting on the couch or enjoying the view difficult if you are in a wheelchair.

Not particularly worse than a regular oceanview stateroom. The couch in those is perpendicular to the window and not the easiest view from that angle.

Isn’t this room an accessible space, designed for individuals with mobility challenges, such as those who use wheelchairs? That’s why I made that comment.

I'm staying in this solo with no mobility issues. I was booked GTY, but DCL ended up assigning this room to me.

It is an accessible room. Maybe I misunderstood your post? I’m simply pointing out the couch and window placement in a non-accessible oceanview stateroom isn’t any better for “viewing.” I can’t sit on the couch in a non-accessible stateroom and have a good view out the porthole.
