Just following up on FE list. Does someone have a spreadsheet with info of who is participating and cabin numbers etc?

So we are getting close to cruise and I would like to start planning what gifts I need to get and for how many, ages, etc.

How do I find this out for cruise?

I am new to this- i need to keep logging in to find out updates , right? There is no emails sent right?

Our group - DH Jim, me Susanne, DD 18 Julie, DD Alexa 16 - is in room 6674 for the FE list. Has there been a spreadsheet developed so we can see how many girls, boys, etc will be in the group? Trying to knock a few tasks off my list and FE gifts is a big one!

I apologize if these are dumb questions, but do we bring gifts for everyone for every day? The large group with everyone is divided into smaller groups, right?

We are close to 40 days out- should we start to decide how we divide groups up?

Hey everyone! I am willing to set up the FE for this cruise.
What I will do is anyone who wants to participate can comment with their room number, first name and age of everyone 18 and under in room, if you celebrating anything mention that too!! Also list any allergies as I know some people may give snacks.
I'm going to create and excel spreadsheet and post the list every few weeks to make sure it is correct.
Adding your room to the FE list will close on July 20th that way people making custom gifts have time to be as creative as they would like and have plenty of time to do so. I will create. "Pixie Dust" list for people who want to join after the cut off.
If the sign up gets crazy we can vote on if we would like to split up the list to 10 rooms per group and you have the option to participate in as many groups you'd like.

Did you get this set up? Looking for a spreadsheet so I know how many gifts to prepare. Thanks.

We need cabin numbers for everyone. If you are no longer interested we need to remove you from the list. It appears that some may have gone to other sites to start groups. I am not sure who has been included in those groups and who has not.

Hey everyone! Omg! Totally fail on my part. I had set up notification to my email when anyone would post on the board and I have not gotten any. I will create a file this weekend. And post it tomorrow!! For FE unless someone can do it before then! I am so incredibly sorry. My son has been sick for the past few months and my mind has been else where! Please forgive me. I will work on this while traveling today. And lost it tomorrow!!

I would love to still do the Fish Extenders as long as doing it with group not too large.

I have 2 children ages 5 (birthday while on vacation ) and 7. My birthday is happening while we are on boat but my husband and I do not need to be involved. I would just like little daily gifts for kids m and I am sure kids will love to give gifts to others daily.

I'll be traveling with a very large group-all 4 of my siblings, 3 of whom are married and have kids, and my parents! (27 people!) I'll just put our little family on the roll call. Camille, Bryce (husband), son 7, daughter 5, daughter 2, and son will be 9 months.

My husband and are are going on cruise with our 7 year old daughter and a son who is 5. We are staying on deck 9. Would you like to do this just with us everyday on the cruise? Then we we can slightly decent gifts everyday just for each other's kids.

Sorry- typo- I meant then we can get each other's children slightly decent gifts every day instead of a big crowd. I do not see many children our children's age on the original list and time is coming up quickly for cruise.

Right now there is only about 11 to 12 people on this fish extender list. The ones I have been involved with in the past have divided the list up and you only deliver gifts on one of the days. So for example with 12 families and 6 days (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) 2 families would deliver each day. So your family would receive 2 gifts per day. But you would only deliver gifts on one day. We can set up ahead of time which 2 families deliver on each day. So you would need gifts for 12 families. Some people do a family gift and some people do a little something for everyone in the family. The reason we ask for the kids ages is so the gift can be appropriate for them. So list also ask for the childrens favorite disney character. Anyway, I would suggest that you guys stay as part of the list. You will still get a good variety.

Do you have a current list? If you don't I can attempt to make one. I am just getting a little nervous- we go to Disney for a week prior to the cruise and have a beach trip planned here in Maryland prior to that. So I am looking at less than 30 days to decide what gifts to get everyone

Is everyone interested in picking days to be your delivery day or does everyone want to just deliver when they want to? Also, Does anyone have littles coming that are teething? I had originally bought teething beads to make disney fied necklaces just wondering if there was an interest. My son loves his.

I have updated your information on the list. I think it is up to you. In the past we have gotten one family gift (like at Disney tote bag or door magnet) from some people and others we have gotten a little gift for each family member. Last cruise we made door magnets with each family members name on it.
