Disney "family" gate#8

I have a friend that is getting family passes, ant they have been instructed to go to gate #8 to get them each day. Gate 8 is with all the other entry gates, or is it someplace else? Do family tickets get any perks?

No clue what "family passes" are. Are you getting checked in by a family member who is a CM?

When I get other "comp" tickets, I usually have to go to Guest Relations in ticket booth 8, could this be what they are talking about?

OK, then yes, Guest Relations is where they will go. It is on the DCA side of Booth 8. It is on the DTD side of the esplanade.
