Disney Fabric

Does anyone know of a place up here in Canada where you can get Disney material, especially a tropical print? The Walmarts in Winnipeg have some Disney fabric, but I'm looking for something with a tropical print, in as many forms as possible. I live in the far north of Manitoba, so just dropping by a store isn't an option for me. I have called companies before and they have shipped stuff up to me. Has anyone ever ordered fabric over the internet before? Is there a place in Canada that would do that, so we wouldn't have to pay all the extra costs of ordering through the US?

Can not help ya with the Fabric, but noticed that you life in Northern Manitoba, did you just get a Wal Mart. I used to live up North, the Place that just got a Wal Mart, about a year ago

I'm afraid there is no Walmart up here!! The closest one is about 4 hours or so away down a "gravel" road from some horror movie I think. That is why I'm hoping to find something over the internet. If I can find some store that sells Disney fabric, I can maybe call in a favour from some family who live in southern Manitoba, but I would like to be able to talk to the business first to make sure it is what I'm looking for, before I send them out to pick it up for me. Sometimes businesses will ship it out to you. I just don't have the opportunity to be doing the shopping around to find the stuff in the first place. Hopefully someone on here will have seen something!

Actually, Thompson is the town that is closest to us, about 4 hours or so away. I love it up here, but finding special things like this Disney fabric is sometimes really hard. Hopefully someone will have seen something somewhere, and I can get some of my family who live down near Wpg to pick it up.

There's a lady who does oven mitts and placements who goes around to the malls. She will also take custom orders. She carries quite a bit of Disney material. My kitchen is all the Chef Mickey blue stuff and I got her to make placemats, etc. If I can find her business card or see her I will find out if you can buy material from her. Or maybe she can pass on the information where she gets it.
