We booked the train separately, so we didn't get it included. It's apparently £16 per adult return. Is it worth paying for?

in my humble opinion, yes definatley worth it. i have used it twice and its brilliant. :thumbsup2

I've always used it and found it to be so worthwhile!

I've just actually been on the phone to DLP trying to add this to my booking for this month, but as I booked user the Spanish site I can't add it on as it's not something they do in Spain! :sad2: So for the first time ever I'm actually going to have to go to the hotel to check in before going to he parks!! :scared:

I shall be booking it for the return journey though, it's just so much easier than having to go back to the hotel before getting the train home.

Can I just ask I see that it is £16 per adult return does this cover as many bags as you have *** there are four adults going with us but six kids so will this cover all of the bags we take?

TIA xxx

And they take all bags? Plus it works on return as well? :-)

Yes, you can leave any bags you want with them and then when you get to the hotel you can collect them from the left luggage room.

On your last day, you can drop the bags off again at the luggage room and then collect them from the disney express desk in the station.

Thanks for answering all my silly questions, definitely going to book it this weekend :-)

:cool1:

You can add it on check out and pay one amount per room not person, can't remember how much it is exactly but no more than 15 euros. We'll be doing that again this time as we'll have to go to the hotel first to collect park tickets so will drop our luggage off at the same time.

unless you are only going for a couple of days and really need to hit the parks running, I don't think its worth it.

What I do think is good though, is the return-journey only service from the onsite and associated hotels. You pay your hotel 11 euros total (ie not per person) and they take all your luggage on your check-out day from your hotel to the Disney Express luggage area at the train station at DLP, for you to collect there before you get on your train home.

I'm with Elaine above - I dont think its worth it.
£16 per adult return vs ¬11 euros PER ROOM on the way back for in my case, 20 million bags.....no brainer ;)

You can physically check your room when you arrive and iron out any problems you coukd possibly face after a long day in the parks. The only advantage is you get your tickets earlier IMHO, and I prefer checking in myself.

I'm also with Elaine & Lisa. We've never used it going out as we like to go to the hotel first & then go for lunch at the Earl of Sandwich.
We always use it going home though.

Only think its worth it if 1 adult IMO so only £16.
I would do on our next trip for that much but £32 far to much money.
The hotels are not that far :confused3
Will use the 11 euro way hone journey defo :)

DW and I always use it as we like to drop off our bags in the station and then head stright to the parks.

Hi,

We are doing a short trip (just 2 nights) from 4-6 Jan and I've booked the Eurostar separately. If call DLP and add the express service will I still get our park tickets on the train? It would probably be worth it for us to save the extra hour or so going to hotel to check in, but as it's a short trip and just one kid we probably won't have too much luggage so if we won't get our tickets might as well take it ourselves...

After reading all your helpful comments, I think we're going to opt for the homeward bound luggage deal as we won't have that much luggage we can enjoy our last day without having to go back to the hotel.

Can't wait now :-)

If you're just doing for the return journey part only, do you just do this at the hotel when you check in? Are you then given your luggage tags at this point or do you have to collect them later in your stay?
