disney excursions or other company?

Hi everyone!
I'll be leaving on the 7 day western carribean cruise on the magic 9/11- I've been doing some research on excursions, has anyone used other companies for excursions in grand cayman? Or do you suggest using the disney excursions? I'm interested in doing the stingray excursion, do you actually get to feed the stingrays? Any other tips would be appreciated!

We had maybe 16 folks with two guides and a videographer. I was feeling bad for those boats with tons of people. We had a great time.
