We used this the morning before our trip and had Mickey call to say have a great day and I hear you're planning a trip. The kids got a real kick out of it, even DS who is 9. He wanted to know how it sounded just like Mickey (knowing of course that Mickey is just in a costume...). And I somehow got it for free even. I can't remember how, maybe from Disney rewards club, I think. I was slightly disappointed that they didn't have the option of announcing your trip to Disney, but it was still really nice. I expect to use it again too, it was neat.
