If your in college I reccommend looking into the Walt Disney World College Program see: WDW College Program

If you live in the Orlando area or will be visiting, I reccommend you head down to the casting offices, across from Downtown Disney, just walk in and fill out an application.

If your out of state, like Dan Murphy said, drop by the Disney Careers Webiste....

All in all, it depends on what you want to do, if its in the park regualr CM work, just come on down and drop by casting. If your looking for like management or other professional work then you should look into the Careers site....if you need any help, just PM me, I'd be glad to help.
