Disney eGift Cards to Pay Off Reservation?

Those that were affected by the infamous dining glitch on 11/3 received a $25 Disney eGift card per cancelled reservation; I received 7, so I merged them all onto one card (not without a headache because it was giving me an error and I called the GC line twice with them saying my card was invalid). With that being said, my bank is having some issues, so I took a leap of faith and moved the rest of my money post-deposit for a room-only reservation onto an eGift card to call and pay off the rest of the balance, but now I'm second guessing because of the issues I had with my e card vs physical card. Can I pay off the rest of my reservation with a two eGift cards?

EDIT: Sorry, can I pay with just one eGift Card? I now see that the maximum amount is $1000, not $500 on one card.

I have made many reservations using multiple Disney gift cards to pay.

Yes you can. And as you said, you have to call to do it because it's room only. You can only do online payments on packages. But I've paid for most/all of my room only stays the past few years with dis gcs. Just make sure you keep them because that's what any refund would go to, so if you do have a physical card or unless you can keep a hold of the paper/email with the number, I'd use it.

I paid my trip off $25 at a time on the website.

You could always keep one to pay for food in the park
