Hi! I am trying to kill two birds with one stone here. We are taking a disney trip in July so I'm trying to fill my kids easter baskets with things they will need for the trip since I'll need to buy trip stuff anyways. We are not newbies to disney but I'm having trouble coming up with stuff for the baskets. I already bought them each some disney pins for trading (they already own lanyards). I'm also thinking of getting them each a water bottle with a filter to use in the parks. Does anyone have any more ideas?

My kids are 15 (girl), 13 (boy), and 10 (girl).

Thanks for any suggestion you can think of! Oh, we will be driving down from NJ so anything for the ride down would be good too.

Do they have bags to carry their stuff in? When my kids were small and I did a WDW trip Easter basket I got them all embroidered messenger bags from The Disney Store and used them as the basket. I filled it with stuff for the plane ride, and water bottle, a hat, pins/lanyard and Disney Dollars.
You could do Disney themed purses for the girls and put things in like sunglasses, sunblock, chapstick, snacks for the car ride, a Disney GC. You could do the same stuff for your ds minus the purse of course LOL.

Do your kids like artsy projects? For my 13 yo daughter, she wants to make a custom Disney tee with an iron on an then tie-dye it for our next trip. I am putting all of the supplies and plain t-shirt in her basket for that project.

I also thought about adding an iTunes card and writing "Disney Tunes" on it so that she can download Disney themed music before the trip.

For my son...I have no idea!! I might try a few sweets that are reminiscent of Disney. There's Ghiradelli from DDT, plus shortbread cookies, and maybe some of the fun Japanese candies that are usually found at Epcot. World Market has a lot of stuff that I would otherwise see in the World Showcase.

Check Etsy for the embrodiered cinch sacks. I found a great deal on them there last year for Easter baskets.

Quarters/Pennies for penny presses. Make the little containers for them to carry them in.
Autorgraph book/pen
Water bottles
Cheap digital cameras
Sunglasses
Coupons for things they would want in the parks. I had mine made here on the DIS and they turned out awesome.

What about stuff for the resort/pool... beach towel, sun glasses, pool goggles... maybe even a beach bag??
Could also throw in sunblock, SPF chap stick, anything like that. Even a book or magazine (that could be for the travel time also)

I am doing the same. DD(12) is getting a Kavu backpack as a park bag, Frogg Toggs, and an on-the-go phone charger. I might throw in a Disney or iTunes gift card and a little candy.

I went with Disney gift cards as we will be in Florida on Easter and at WDW later that week.

Thanks to everyone who gave suggestions! I knew you guys would have some great suggestions! I ended up getting them park bags, brita water bottles, a magazine, a word find puzzle book, a few disney pins, sunglasses, pool goggles, a shirt to tie dye and paints to decorate it, a tube of m&ms to eat and use as a pressed penny/quarter holder, and autograph book and retractable sharpies, and a disney gift card for each.
