Disney Earmarked Travel Agency??

Hi friends! I'm brand new here, and this is my first post! Please correct me if I put this in the wrong place here.

I have been searching in depth to find specific information/steps on becoming a Disney Earmarked Travel Agency, but there is little to no information online about this. Does anyone have any specifics or steps that they took? I'm at a loss! I chatted with Disney and was sent to the Travel Agency website, but it's for people that are already travel agents!

Any guidance you have would be helpful! Thank you so much!
