Disney e-mail Address

Hi everyone,

I'd search for this but the search function seems to be down. I'd like to e-mail them re: this "holiday" debacle and can't seem to find a corporate address.

I don't know if there is a "corporate" e-mail address. I only know that if you go to the Disney site & click on the "contact us" (bottom of page) feature that you can send an e-mail to them. They are pretty good about responding within a day or 2.

I wrote them a few days ago on the *contact us* section and explained what happened in my case, and wrote how disappointed I was that everything is heresay, that I felt they should be honorable even if there was misuse in their eyes, as it was their fault anyway. I tired to be nice, but didn't hold back.
So far I have not even received a standard, "we received your response", blah, blah, blah e-mail in return.

I e-mailed guest communications (wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com) on Oct. 2, and i just received a phone call yesterday. I was complaining about the price increase in PS reservations. She apologized for the long delay in answering the e-mail, and was calling to tell me $20 in Disney Dollars will be waiting for us when we check into our hotel to compensate for the price increase (I had 3 PS's plus a dinner show prior to the increase, i cancelled 1 PS). I thought it was nice for them to personally call me.

I must have missed something - what is the price increase in PS reservations?

I noticed a thread on the Resteraunts board (dated 10-2 titled Very confused, new character meal pricing). I'm sure there is an easier way to reference a thread, i just don't know how .
