disney dreams

Just before I woke up this morning I was dreaming I was at
WDW. It was weird my mom and my nephew was with me and my dd and ds and my dh wasn't with me nor was my niece or her parents. My dm was wanting to eat and I was trying to explain to her that in less than 2 hrs we had an adr that we had to get to in one of the other parks. lol. I guess I was stressing in my sleep about our adr's that we have planned for our thanksgiving trip which dm and my nephew aren't going on Anybody else having strange dreams before leaving for the world.

about a half year ago, I had a dream there was a big dis meet in a park, then afterwards everyone was getting on a plane and going to Disney. I was walking to the meet and I freaked out, and just hid and watched everyone, so I didnt get to go to Disney. Anit the some junk

I have lots of dreams about WDW, but usually more right after a trip.

The weird thing is that WDW is NEVER like it really is. I know the real place like the back of my hand, but it's like my dreams have made up their own version of how everything looks - rides, resorts, etc .

I've had a few WDW dreams. Back in the old days, I used a fanny pack in the parks and in my dream I forgot it. I was standing in a basement hotel room saying, "I can't go into the parks, I forgot my fanny pack!" Oh bother...

Then, I have had several where I am there but nothing looks right or what it really is. It always seems carnival(ish) and that is always weird but, still, I will know what it is *supposed* to be.

Before I met Dan Murphy in the parks, I dreamed I met him and Snoopy. He, I never saw, but we were walking along and I could see this big tall shadow next to me on the ground. Actually, he's like 6'7", so when we did meet, there was a big tall shadow next to me on the ground. lol

And Snoopy, I just saw this long willowly skirt with pedicured toes in fancy flip-flops with a big pretty flower between the toe thingy. I never saw her face in my dream either. When I did meet Judi, she was a lot like that dream to me. I instantly liked her. (Actually, I handed over my car keys to her! lol)

Isn't that weird? Good to know I'm not the only one who has that problem.

I'd sure like to know what causes that. How can you know a place so well, but your brain messes it up in your dreams .

you know i remember one of Dans post a long time ago, when he said he woke up and was going for breakfast and looked who he ran into, and it was a picture of you , anit it funny how stuff just stays in your mind sometimes

That was the day we went to Donald's in AK (took my niece and nephew & dd). What a fun memory! My dad was there an, of course, Dan took a thousand pictures--which I am grateful for now 'cause my dad has passed away.

AND that was the day I met Pete Werner.
