Sorry it is taking a while to finish this...I was busy during the 4th of July weekend
Here is Day 16
Sunday, June 13th
Today was EMH at Magic. Now, we normally dont do the EMHs because I feel they are more crowded then on normal days. But we decided to go to EMH at Magic this morning.
We got there right at 8:00am & decided we would stand around & meet the characters. We met so many, Daisy, Dopey, Robin Hood, Captain Hook, Aladdin, etc. My son really loves interacting with the characters so this was pretty fun for him.
Around 8:30 we made our way up to Fantasyland. We did Mickeys Philhamagic (cant get enough of this), then hopped on Snow White, grabbed a FP for Peter Pan & made our way over to Adventureland. My son wanted to ride the Pirate of the Caribbean. First we rode on the Magic Carpets since there was only a 10 minute wait (actually I think less then that), then we headed over to the Caribbean. There was already a 20 minute wait but DS really wanted to go on it again so he just waited in line.
After the ride we saw that Peter & Wendy were out, DS really wanted to get a picture with Peter Pan so we waited in line. They had to go in when we were the next in line, but were told they will be back in 15, so we waited!
DS was so excited when they came out again & he was the first one in line!
After meeting Peter Pan we went over to use our FPs for Peter Pans Flight.
It was about lunchtime when we were finished with that. We decided to eat at Pinocchios Village.
We never ate there before but I really was impressed with their menu for counter food! The place was not busy either, another plus!
After eating I asked my son what he wanted to do next, his answer was Journey into Imagination! I told him that is over at Epcot not Magic Kingdom. He then announced he wanted to go to Epcot, remember Imagination wasnt working the last time we tried to go on it.
So we decided why not & we headed over to Epcot.
On our way transferring over, we saw our Monorail friend Bob working at the TTC. We quickly said hi to him & he asked Jackson how the breakfast was the other day.
Our monorail came so we said our Good-byes & headed off to Epcot.
Epcot was not as busy as I thought it would be. There was no line for Spaceship Earth so we walked on that & then headed to Imagination.
Luckily this time it was working! We ended up going on that 3x. We decided to leave Epcot because our plan was to go back to the resort for a nap & come back to Epcot for IllumiNations later this evening.
So on the way out we did Spaceship Earth 2 more times & then headed on back to the Contemporary!
DS quickly went down for a nap.
We had a PS at 5:30 over at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella & friends.
We got up & got ourselves ready for that. Took the Monorail over to the Grand Floridian. Supper was wonderful as always. We always enjoy eating here!
The characters we saw were Perla, Suzy, Cinderella & the Prince. The mice were especially flirty with my son, everytime they walked by they always waved to him.
After dinner we found out the Fairy Godmother wasnt in the lobby but Sleeping Beauty was in her place. When we went out Sleeping Beauty was on a break, we asked Jackson if he wants to stay & see Sleeping Beauty (he met her many times before) but he really wanted another picture with her.
So we stayed, Sleeping Beauty came out & DS was the first in line (there was really no one else around) Sleeping Beauty was just perfect. I was very surprised when she saw DS and said Prince Jackson without even looking at his autograph book for his name. She then said I met you in the Castle. Sure enough it was the same Sleeping Beauty that we met during CRT last Tuesday. I was very impressed she remembered him, including his name!
She spent some time talking to him & asking him what he has been doing & his favorite thing he has done. It was a wonderful moment, before we left Sleeping Beauty gave DS a kiss on the cheek. We said our byes to Sleeping Beauty & headed off to go to Epcot!
We got to Epcot around 7:30, so we went back to the World Showcase right away to find a spot for IllumiNations. We found one over by Mexico so we just hung out there.
My son was entertainment for the crowd there, he started dancing to the music & he didnt know people were watching him because when he was done some people starting clapping & he was kind of surprised! LOL!
The weather held off & it was a nice night for IllumiNations. I am glad we made a point of seeing this.
As we were walking back to the Monorail, it started to sprinkle but we didnt care!!!!
We were back at the Contemporary but 10:00pm
