The hull below does extend out farther than the portholes though, as you can somewhat see here, which will limit the view to sea directly below. fwiw.

This photo angle is strange. It doesn't even look like there are any port OV cabins forward of the 4e's on deck 5 in this shot. I know they are there, but ... weird picture.
They are hiding behind those super deep 4e balconies is my latest conclusion.
