Calling all fellow 10/9/2011 cruisers!! I am seriously considering being in charge of the wristbands for this cruise!! I have done some reserach on them and have found a company on line that I think I can work with. I would do them for everyone who wants one (not just FE participants) and have them ready to give out at our meet on Sunday afternoon and/or deliver to cabins that don't make the meet.

The first thing I am going to need is a concensus on a name/theme for our group. I know we talked about being the Columbus Day Cruisers, but due to the fact that we have a number of DISsers coming from other countries, we (cctimmom and I) thought it might be a fun idea to set up a place on the private board for anyone to come and submit more ideas for a fun name/theme. If you have a name/theme you would like to submit, send cctimmim or entmom a request to be added to the group on the private board and then head over to http://disneydream1009.activeboard.com/ and find the page for Cruise Name/Theme Ideas that I have set up in the Random Chitchat Section. lol... well, we have over 6 months before the cruise... so I think we really won't have any definite numbers until about a month or so before.

Right now, the estimated tallies I've been keeping (not having all of everyone's information), and counting 14 year old's as adults (for the sake of Betty Sue who's looking into the silicone bracelets), I'm showing 91 adults and 47 kids for a total roll call, and so far from what I can guesstimate based on who has signed up for FE is 56 adults and 29 children (or about 25 cabins so far).

I'm keeping the spreadsheet updated so as people either update their roll call info, add or delete or sign up for FE, I'll try to post updated numbers.

Well, I have seen on other roll calls/FE lists that they'll break the FEs into smaller groups so it not too much work and expense for the participants. So, I didn't know if you planned to stop taking participants in the first group and then start a second group. KWIM? Either way is fine with me, I was just wondering.

At this point, I'm really just maintaining the roll call list. I participated in the FE on my last trip, but don't think I'm doing it this time since MH and I are going to try and pack in carry on's, if possible.

I'll leave it up to those that are signing up for the FE to make up whatever rules they want to (I had never heard of/thought of breaking it up into two groups, but I guess that makes sense based on the numbers).

I am also interested in the bracelets. I was on the cruise with Julie that someone ordered them & it was a great way to spot others from the DISboards!

I liked the wristbands last cruise also. On my last cruise I think our FE count was around 50 cabins and we had 1 list and everyone was fine with that. I guess it is up to everyone else though.
