SO....I never completed my online check-in a month ago! Finished it today though, I was waiting for the boys passports to come. We have the 11:45 Port Arrival time, still early

Where is everyone? I hope they check in with us soon, to get in on all the fun! 52 days..woo hoo!

Glad you got an early time!!! I hope people check in more too, it's getting closer!!! 7 Mondays to go until we are on the ship and 6 Mondays until I am in DISNEY!!! <3

Yes! We've been on all of the ships except for the Fantasy. I was even on the inaugural Disney Magic first ever sailing. It was quite the experience that hooked me into sailing with Disney We honeymooned on the Wonder and will be on the Magic again next year

I was able to get my husband on his first cruise last year. I wasn't sure how he would do, but we really had a great time. Our kids have been asking for years for a Disney Cruise, so here we are counting down the days!

You will have so much fun!!! What stinks is that there is so much to do that you never have enough time! LOL!! I always leave thinking I should feel relaxed but I just leave planning to go again and try and do more! Hahaha!!

One thing I have just noticed about many of the other people that signed up for this FE is that they are not active members of the DIS, in fact many of their posts are on this one thread only and it's all less than 3 posts for many of them. I hope this doesn't mean that they just checked in a couple times here and then abandoned ship.

Right now we have 3/12 staterooms. We are 1 month from the cut off date to give your stateroom information. At the cut off point, I will then message everyone a copy of this list and they know who they will have to deliver too.

This list is NOW CLOSED to any additional people wanting to join a FE. If more people are interested, I can definitely take an alternate list, but cannot promise anything until our cut off date of September 16th.

Rules:
There are no rules. Seriously. I don't like to micromanage these lists and just want everyone to have fun. There is no minimum or maximum to spend, there is no requirement that it be handmade or store bought. These are gifts you only have to deliver once and can either be one for each person in the cabin or a cabin gift. You can deliver on any day you wish to deliver, but I would not wait for the day we get off the ship, because we all get off super early and some may abandon their rooms before you even begin delivery.

If you are a Castaway Club member (already sailed with Disney before), they give you lanyards but if not, you will need something. My kids like to pick out their own lanyard ahead of time, because of pin trading in WDW, so they rarely wear the ones given to us on the ship. No wristbands, that's the part that stinks!

@Hillfamily4, these are the ones my kids selected for this year. I went ahead and added name cards with sailing information on the front and in the pouch on the back it's blank so they can write down any activities they are interested in on the navigator or ones that we have decided to do along with times, so they know what time to meet there for the older kids or what time we will pick the younger one up from the kids club...that sort of thing.

I also picked up clearance pins from last year at the Disney Outlet and the kids use them to pin trade.

We give each child their spending money on a gift card. They are allowed 100.00 each and then whatever they want above and beyond that, they can give us and we will put it on the card for them. We start out with the 50.00 cards from SAMS and then just add to those cards using the disneygiftcards website. The active cards are in the pouch, the ones on display here are for the lights in the cabin. In case only one kid goes back, they don't have to use their KTTWC and risk forgetting it, this way they are just using an old giftcard with no money on it! We mark it up in the back with sharpie!

Hahaha that was me the first year I joined the DIS for wedding planning and then it all went crazy from there! My friends think I am a lunatic, because the way they 'do disney' is to call and book a trip and then show up....YIKES! I try and try to help them out but alas no one listens!!

Our pre-cruise trip to WDW is going to be with another homeschool family and we are going for homeschool days, but if I don't plan it and inform her of it, she has no clue. This is their first time going to the WORLD and she just thinks it's as easy as pie. LOL
