Update on FE group. This is all really hard for me to follow these threads. This is the list I am following with the assumption we are doing the first 10 families before September 16th. Once we close the date then we should figure out a way to exchange staterooms. I am assuming the hill family is taking over? This is my first Disney cruise and I'm confused

If I look at the list and back at the threads we have 10 families already who would like to participate. I think we agreed we are limiting this group to 10 families. Can you all confirm that this is correct and that you want to participate in the fish extenders? I don't know who's going to coordinate but if we have 10 for this group we should make sure all 10 are participating and get a coordinator assigned so that we know if there is room for more. Right now we are at 11. Do we close now? So they can start a new group?

If this post is correct with the Hill family coordination there are nine families. We would like to be the tenth. CSkalski-3 adults, 2 kids (8 & 12) plus one crafty grandma.

Awesome to see people joining us!!! We just got back from a 2.5 week road trip to the East Coast and Canada! We are doing the evening seating, it's our preferred one on cruises

Are you still planning on being part of the FE? We haven't heard from you in awhile

Cskalski is in! Sorry for the confusion. We have 3 adults (mom, dad, grandma) 2 kids (boy 12, girl 8). Please let me know how I can help. This is my first time doing anything like this.

I think at this moment in time, we should just go ahead and close this and then see who comes back to actually confirm by next Monday. That gives everyone the rest of this week and the weekend to check-in. At that point we will see how many we have and even if it's small, it can still be fun.


Let's try and keep this thread bumped in case others are having the same problem I have been having with notifications. Just chat about what you are most eager to do on the ship or anything like that!

We just had our cruise booked for Oct. 7, 2016 and we are so excited!!! It will be nice to get away and enjoy some of our fav Disney adventures! I have head so much about the Fish Extenders. (My first Disney cruise we didn't know about so trying this time!) So we are all new to the Fish Extenders and 2 new Disney Cruise Adventures are going with me, my husband and son (7)have never been on a cruise so I'm excited that we can make their first ones on the Disney Cruise.
SL: (myself) Disney Addict, passholder, Lover of the villains, Star Wars, Sleeping Beauty, Chip & Dale and actually everything Disney
AL: (Husband) Very much in to Star Wars (all his life actually), Kid at heart, fav Disney movie The Lion King, Fav Disney Costume was when he dresses as Hades
JL: (8 when we sail) Very active little boy, loves Dinosaurs, Legos, Star Wars, Octonauts, & Mickey & the Fab 5. Grew up watching Disney Channel/Junior.

So excited I cant wait to learn more about Fish Extenders and for our trip!

This is our first Disney Cruise - lots of trips to WDW but decided to change it up this year!
New to the FE idea but think would be fun for our 9 yr old son!

I agree it's a pain and sometimes you don't get the notifications but we are not allowed to take it off board, it's a 40 pt. violation just for suggesting it.

That's why these FE threads are so small, many people move them elsewhere. It's difficult to keep track of when trying to see what's what and you can't check in on a regular basis.

Oh! Well I did not mean to break rules, I had no idea ! I just really am having a hard time keeping track, and obviously others are getting frustrated too. Being we are buying/making things for people we really need a solid head count! And I need to know if it's all 3 nights or just one time! Thanks for the info.

It's just one time. You choose which night or day you want to deliver. You drop off all your gifts at once and then you are done Many people like to wait for certain days if their items have a theme: Castay Cay, Pirate Night, Bon Voyage party, Welcome Home...etc...

Nope, it's never been all 3 nights that I have done, unless someone is just pixie dusting other rooms on other nights. Pixie dusting is something totally on your own and not organized. Just dropping gifts in FE bags you see. There are other groups that may do all nights or different themes and things
