Well, I finally decided it was time to start a diet to get in shape before this cruise. I had high hopes last time, but never had the motivation. A friend and DH are doing it with me, so it may be easier. For any with success stories or who are doing the same, I'd love to hear any advice.
I'm just trying to limit calories and exercise more. The dieting is actually easier for me than exercise. Can't seem to find the extra hours in the day.
Maybe if I get in shape I can make a goal of the 5K.
Hot here. Heat index over 100 and lots of thunderstorms the last couple nights. Not getting a restful night sleep.
abitagirl916, we used Shirley on the last cruise for 3 different baskets (anniversary, first cruise for kids, and birthday.) They were all so unique and adorable.
