Hey you guys,,, be thinking about how many people from each of your rooms will be attending. I may try to get some stickers to identify us on the tour, if okay with everyone. I kind of don't want everyone on the ship walking into my room.

Well, I guess Spring has gone away for a while for us too...I'm going now to check the thermostat and make sure the heat is on....brrr! Sports are on hold while DS recovers from minor muscle pull. It's always something!

Hi there! We are moving to theTampa area this summer when my DH retires from the Marine Corps. We have been looking at the Lithia/Valrico areas. My boys will be in middle and high school, and I hear that Randall Middle and Newsome High are good schools....

Sorry--just saw this; been away from this thread for a few days.

Yes--we actually live in Riverview...so valrico/lithia is our neighbor! I have a very good friend who teaches at Newsome, and she loves it. I hope you like hot/humid weather, as that's what you'll get moving here in the summer.

Totally agree. It's one of the things David was worried about when I mentioned this to him last night. As far as how'll be attending, me for sure and I really want to drag David alone. You know, to check out rooms for future cruises Doubt Rowan will want to go but I'll ask.

Foohpah - I agree with Cincinmouse, POFQ is the best. Love the size. Love the food. And it never seemed to take long to get to any park.

Nametags are a good idea. It will be just me attending as long as the tour is during the kids club hours

POFQ is our favorite as well. We tend to bounce between it and Pop Century lately. Pop only because it is cheaper. We are spending a small fortune on this vacation so what is $400 extra, right?

We actually leave for vacation in only 70 days - 10 weeks! I know it is going to sneak up on me at this rate. Definitely going to feel more real!

Is it June yet?

We don't have any plans on the sea day either. Afternoon would work for us as well.

Although I agree with Rose - it can't interfere with any tastings. Except for maybe the martini tasting. Not big on the traditional martinis and I don't think they'd just give me the chocolate ones - yum!

I do know people may plan things once we get on board. Maybe if we had a directory (cabin # = phone #, right?) and could go with a tenative time that worked and then once on board check in and adjust if needed? Just thinking out loud.

I've been thinking about picking up a cheap dry erase board to put on our door to communicate with anyone trying to meet up with us. That may be another way to communicate any conflicting plans that come up.

Tracy, none of us like the traditional martini either but the other 3 were great!

I FINALLY got my booking transferred to DU yesterday and paid them so I could get my reservations for Palo, etc.. of course there was nothing left but sail away day ..I'm going to try for brunch but I feel like that's a lost cause with only one day available. Remy looks interesting but I don't know if DH would like it. They only had sail day available, also.

I did book a couples cabana massage on CC --that will be a surprise

So it is confirmed that we are in cabin 9656

We couldn't get brunch either, but some people are saying that once onboard we might get a chance.
We did book a dinner just in case, but would rather do brunch and if we get it we'll cancel the dinner, which is on the second night.

We're doing a couples massage too

Well I am a sucker for punishment and apparently I have decided I have a money tree in my back yard but we upgrade our pre-cruise WDW stay to POFQ from Pop. Decided I wanted the bigger beds and we really do love POFQ. Costs us an extra $400 - now I need to find ways to save some money.

Don't eat, then you can save money and lose weight at the same time!

Whoooo Hoooo!! I love your way of thinking!!! We too leave in just 70 days! So that's only 10 Fridays for us! The boys just started the last 9 weeks of school, so with Spring Break, that's 10! I love it!!!

Okay everyone. Just for the fun of it, occasionally I check the DCL site and do a search for the June "Dream" cruises to see what's available. Lately, our date has not even shown up. But when I pulled it up this evening, it shows up again. And alot of Categories and various staterooms are showing as available:

Cat 5A: 10058, 10556, 10052, 10536, 10534, 10532, 10530, 9148
Cat 4D: Only GTY
Cat 4C: 7636, 7622, 7150, 7130, 7598, 7636, 7648
Cat 4B: Only GTY
Cat 4A: Only GTY

I guess since we are approacing the PIF date, some people have cancelled. Although I'm not in Guarantee status, I wonder if this means that they will be assigning staterooms to those of you who are in GTY status.

Just an FYI for anyone who may be interested.
