Umm, same here.. DH sleeps pretty late, even on cruises so we may have to pass if it's not (at least) early afternoon.. that really would not be a pleasant "tour" experience.. and a good possibility of expletives..

And of course it can't interfere with our martini tasting or mixology class!

Hi everybody,, I'm at the office , working. Tired. Was up to 3AM working on charts , problems, computer issues, EMR. THe only problem with doing the disser in the morning is that the rooms will not be done and cleaned. A sea day is best. I think I remember doing it in the afternoon. I have Palo booked right now for brunch at 10 AM on the sea day with the other 4 adults. Great,,,, McPackers and abitagirl916,,, I'll add you even if tentative. Everyone should realize that none of us should be going into someone's room without them present and watching everything. We also came up with badges(or something like that) that identified us as a "disser" participant so that we would not have people that we can't account for going into our rooms.

As long as it's our sea day, the afternoon is good for us. I really haven't made any plans for that day except to relax and maybe explore the ship. So I guess our Room Tour was really already part of my plans.

Right now she's 16. She'll be 17 by cruise time. Just 1 yr short of getting to do Palo.

We don't have any plans on the sea day either. Afternoon would work for us as well.

Although I agree with Rose - it can't interfere with any tastings. Except for maybe the martini tasting. Not big on the traditional martinis and I don't think they'd just give me the chocolate ones - yum!

I do know people may plan things once we get on board. Maybe if we had a directory (cabin # = phone #, right?) and could go with a tenative time that worked and then once on board check in and adjust if needed? Just thinking out loud.

I've been thinking about picking up a cheap dry erase board to put on our door to communicate with anyone trying to meet up with us. That may be another way to communicate any conflicting plans that come up.

I FINALLY got my booking transferred to DU yesterday and paid them so I could get my reservations for Palo, etc.. of course there was nothing left but sail away day ..I'm going to try for brunch but I feel like that's a lost cause with only one day available. Remy looks interesting but I don't know if DH would like it. They only had sail day available, also.

I did book a couples cabana massage on CC --that will be a surprise

So it is confirmed that we are in cabin 9656

Well I am a sucker for punishment and apparently I have decided I have a money tree in my back yard but we upgrade our pre-cruise WDW stay to POFQ from Pop. Decided I wanted the bigger beds and we really do love POFQ. Costs us an extra $400 - now I need to find ways to save some money.

I'm also trying to decide about hotels near Disney (offsite). We were going to stay in our "usual" one, but I think we'll "upgrade" to a condo or villa offsite. I just got to thinking that if we're going to spend some time at WDW before the cruise, I'm going to need a place with a washer/dryer. Trying not to overpack, but with a teenager, I know that's not gonna happen!!!

HELLO FELLOW CRUISERS!!!

I just told Steve about this and he would like to do this too!! We are in rm 8182 cat 6B.

There is one girl that has posted on the teen thread that in the Vibe there is soft drinks available all day, smoothies during certain times and all is free! Yay! She also said that you can bring other drinks and food into the Vibe, but it must be eaten at the coffee bar. Sounds great!

Not too much else to report from here....the High School football team has started lifting, so Connor is going up there to start lifting and get to know the guys. The high school concert band has been practicing a lot for competition in a few weeks. Colton's Sax is at the shop right now though! Darn sticky keys! Waiting for the weather to finally fully switch to spring! We had a few nice days, now all the sudden it's cold and we might get snow this weekend! I am ready to get the patio furniture out! Oh! and I finally got a Kindle this past weekend! Yay!! now I just need a beach, a chair and a drink!

I hope this finds everyone happy and healthy!!

Hey you guys,,, be thinking about how many people from each of your rooms will be attending. I may try to get some stickers to identify us on the tour, if okay with everyone. I kind of don't want everyone on the ship walking into my room.

POFQ I belive is the best overall resort for value, food, and best transportation to the all the parks. When anyone ask me about a trip to disney, POFQ is the hotel I tell them to stay at.
