I just booked this cruise to celebrate my 30th birthday. It will be our 2nd Disney Cruise. We went on the Wonder last June. We are also doing a Wonder trip April 2012 but I really wanted to try the new boat and what better excuse then my 30th!

It is me, huuby and two boys who will be 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 at the time of our crusie!

Who else is with me?!?! :cool1:

I have added your thread to the cruise meet list :thumbsup2

I'm here!!! :cool1: We are so excited! It'll be me, dh, dd9 and dd6, and my mother in law!
DH and I have cruised before (not DCL though), but it'll be a first for everyone else! I can't get my MIL to do Disney World, so I figured the cruise was the only way I could get her to do Disney with the girls!!

We were watching the planning video today, and my dd6 kept saying "I wish it were January!!!" All I could say was "ME, too!!!" We are planning a suprise WDW trip in August, so I had to book the cruise just so I could talk about it with them! Otherwise, I know I would end up spilling the beans about August!!

We will be cruising with you!! Can't wait til January! :cool1:

We are ALSO going to celebrate my 30th birthday and DBF 35th birthday! Well, that's how it started anyway. :rotfl:It has turned into a week at WDW and then going on the cruise afterwards to recover from all the walking!:goodvibes

In our crazy crew we have myself, DBF and two other couples (all in the late 20s, early 30s). Yep, no kids - we're all big kids at heart. We plan on having a blast!

I am joining you, on this and the one following this (1/19) B2B. It will be me, my sister, her 3 kids. (DD17. DS 13, DS10). This will be our second and third Cruise.

We will be sailing as well! Just booked while on the Dream (July5-10)...can't wait to get back to the ship

We will be a group of 5 DH, me, DS (7) and
my parents will be joining us - their first Disney cruise will be in September bringing the Magic home from Spain!

Looking forward to chatting...

We'll be on the cruise also! Our first, I'm so excited!

We will be celebrating my twin girls' 5th birthday, but also will be celebrating time together as a family between a very hectic 3 year deployment schedule for both DH and myself.

So it will be me, DH, DD's (5) and DS (3).

Look forward to chatting with you guys!

Nice to finally see this thread. I have been waiting. This will be our 5th cruise. 3 on the Magic and 1 on the Wonder. We have this cruise and then the Fantasy in August 2012.

It will be me, DW, DS (10), DD (10)- yes they are twins, my SIL and her son (12). We are all very excited because this is the first time we have had family with us on the cruise.

Well I hope this thread picks up. Our August 2012 7 day cruise on the Fantasy already has 25 pages. If anyone has any general questions, fire away, while I have not been on the new ships I can answer general cruise questions as from what I know DCL has a winning formula and sticks to it.

My DD (9, almost 10 at cruise time) and I will be doing this cruise. It will be our seventh Disney Cruise; three on the Wonder and three on the Magic. We're a little apprehensive since we do like the smaller size of the "classic" ships, but we do look forward to trying out the new features on the Dream.

We'll be taking our first family cruise on Jan. 15th.
Me(Mandy), my husband(Dave) and our DD(6)(Sophia),will be on board.

I'm so excited to see the other girls around her age on this trip.
She is really looking forward to the kids club (and so are we ; ) ).

Mandy: My girls (twins) will be turning 5 on this cruise!:cool1: I'm sure they would love to meet Sophia and they, along with my 3.5 year old son (who might as well be 5, he hangs with his sisters so much.. Lol) would probably have a blast!

We should start a FE/gift exchange thread...

My family of 5 is Me(Raichael), DH(Darren), DD's(Jacinda & Tiana)5, DS(Ben)3.5

We're Soooo excited, it's our first trip to Disney, AND our first 'real' cruise! DH and I have done day cruises in AK, and I took a little boat from Seattle to Whittier AK once, but they weren't touristy type cruises so I don't really count them... Lol

Hello, everyone. I just paid the balances on my B2B. I am glad that is finished. One week and a half and I can book the excursions, etc. Now I am getting excited.:cool1:

We did the on-line check in last Sunday morning at the 105 day mark. By coincidence, we were at Bay lake Tower at WDW at the time. The cruise looks to be sparsely attended as just about all slots for Palo, including brunch, and Remy were available. Here's hoping those at the 90 day mark can get their choices also.

DW, DD (5) and me.
Interest has turned to anticipation and is rapidly evolving into obsession. January can't come soon enough.

We just booked this month!!! So excited :) My DH DD(3) DS(18months) our BF will be joining our other BF's who have already booked with their DD!

We get to book Palo tonight so i am eager to see what we can get! Only 3 months to go :cool1: only regret is that it's only a 4 night:confused3 next time we will have to book a longer one:goodvibes

Welcome fellow cruise mates...all 8 of us :rotfl2:

Finally, something to look forward to in January:banana:

WOOOHOOO! Got all my reservations done! Doesn't look like the ship is very full....maybe i can talk DH into an upgrade at the port :worship::rolleyes1

Can't wait to be on the ship...:cheer2:

Yes, this meet thread has been quite slow. I also wonder how this cruise is doing?

We made some Palo reservations yesterday. I thought yesterday was the 90 day mark but it said 89. Oh well, even with one day being late I got the reservation I wanted. The last 4 nighter we didn't go to Palo but we are bringing my wife's sister (and her son) on this cruise and it would be a shame if my wife's sister didn't get a chance to eat at Palo. It's her first cruise. I thought the first night would be good because we could still get the restaurant we missed that first night on the 4th night. So, Sunday 8pm it is.

Just for kicks I checked to see if there were any Cabanas available. They are all booked. I have been thinking and trying to decide if the Cabana is worth the $499 price tag. But, with no Cabanas available it's a moot point. Extra $ for me.

I have to agree the cruise does not seem to be really booked up. I noticed that even a few weeks ago you could still do a booking and get main seating. The seven day Magic cruise that leaves on Saturday seems to be nearly fully booked.

We selected the 1100 AM arrival time just to see if we could catch an upgrade. We normally arrive later, just because we don't like to sit around the terminal (been there, don that) and have found arriving around noon before the busses show up and after the initial boardings means you can probably walk on fairly quickly. Of course, according to DCL, we have already been "upgraded" since we are in one of the 5E rooms that got reclassified to 4E. Still having free drinks in the concierge lounge is very appealing.

Hello everyone. I am on the 3 day after this one as well, and that cruise is really empty. I was able to get a cabana and there are still quite a few left. I booked a Palo tea, since I have never done that before. Less than 3 months and counting.
